One handed weapon lowered by 80 points

Hey all... I just saw that my one handed weapon skill lowered by 80 points. i read in this forum what others reported and did all (put a skill in the perk, speak to chief burguk in dushink yal) but nothing. reminder: im 100 lvl at one handed weapon cant lvl it up more. and one more thing, its not only graphical problem, the actual dmg from my one handers droped around 25...

Just to make sure you dont have any disseases ? This can cuese it just to make sure check under active affects if there is anything red ......

Is your skill number in red? If it is then open up your Skills page and in the One-Handed perk tree go to any of the perks and see what is displayed for your One-Handed skill under the perk.
