I'm interested in any (good) Skyrim tutorials and walkthroughs out there. I've found a few I liked but I decided to make one.

If you're a fan of Skyrim, then I actually think you'll like this. I"m a game expert and I've been doing this a while so I hope you watch. It's getting popular!!!!

a good "watch me play" but not really a guide, your lore is weak too. Really liked watching the Fails... lol
 
Well that was 6 min of torture, seriously you need to watch quite a few similar videos & get some tips on how to present them properly. You need to draw people in, make them want to go out and buy Skyrim, not to scare them off.
 
ouch might wanna edit that to not flame so much i mean it wasn't good but a 8 yr old lol

Listen I don't get angry easy but do some research find out TES lore before posting another one....oblivion?, skrim? Its Sky rim Skyrim, Pet mammoths?, I gotta ask is this a joke? Cause its funny in a epic fail kinda way. But its not a guide or tutorial. I would post both this and your first one in media and not mess up our beloved Tutorial section, with wasted space, again I hate that I gave you a view.

In my personal opinion it's completely unnecessary to say that. First things first, it's a guy trying to have fun who enjoys making videos. The best thing to do is give constructive criticism, not just point out all the 'negatives' and try and make the guy feel like plops. Onto the next point,

It's not just your tutorial section, it's for everyone to use. Regardless if you have made alot of guides. I'll also add that calling this "wasted space" it's also completely unnecessary. I really don't see your problem with this guy.

Onto the video, good job Slyboy. I like that you've tried to add some humor to keep it entertaining and I feel it works well. Even if it's not funny it kept me watching. Although I do agree it's not really a guide or tips as such so I'll get someone to move this somewhere else. Keep up the good work, for improvements pronounce Skyrim, Sky-rim, haha! :)
 
Well, first off I'm happy, because I only had to endure 5 min of torture instead of 6 min, you obviously don't know much about Skyrim or any of the other TES games. Nor do you know how to present a game review, which is what you have made here & it's not very good either. Like I said in my earlier post & I quote

Seriously if this is what you deem your best then maybe you should try something else. I suggested it before & I'll suggest it again, go look on YouTube at all the Skyrim Media, 95% of them are made by people who KNOW what they are talking about.

Sorry Stone, but I totally disagree with your comment. How is it a good job ?.. How is it entertaining ?..

It is no better than the first one & the only thing that makes it better is the fact that it's a minute shorter.
 
I know its a joke and I don't think it counts as a guide.

Everytime he gets close to making a point he moves on....
its media for sure... and It is funny...

its just not a guide, unless your looking for a how not to play skyrim. which he can't even pronounce even though there are countless characters in the game that do pronounce it for him.

Maybe I am overthinking it and its a "Borat" where he is intentionally messing up things to be funny and annoying

I may not be the guide moderator, and the site is not mine but is it wrong to feel protective of it? To not want trash, and things that should be elsewhere, to be elsewhere. My only goal in this is to give the due to those that do make quality, accurate, and informative guides.

I think it's a good job because I personally feel it looks like he's put a lot of work into creating it. I find it entertaining myself, but we all find different things entertaining.

Yes, it's wrong. It's not your place so there's no need to feel protective about it. The 'trash' is the moderators concern not yours. However, I understand your point but stand by what I've said. :)

If he put a lot of work into it then it would of been good, he would've pronounced Skyrim properly, he would made it so people would want to go out & buy Skyrim, but it's obvious that he didn't. Seriously the only people that would love something like this either don't need much to entertain them or have no idea themselves on what a DECENT video is. Or they are associated with the people & reviewers that don't like Skyrim & will take every opportunity to take it down.
 
You don't understand what I meant when I said he put a lot of work into it, but I'm to lazy to explain. I don't agree with the fact that only people that "get entertained easily" will find this entertaining. You need to take into consideration ages, certain environments which could influence etc.
