Return to Esbern and Rebuilding the Blades glitch? (PS3)

I have finished the main quest, but in the miscellaneous list, there's "Return to Esbern". Whenever I go to him, the only dialog selection is about Paarthanax (who I didn't kill). I know there have been a decent amount of glitches when it comes to this guy, so I was curious to see if it has happened to anyone else, and if there's a fix to it.

Also, I can't even being the "Rebuilding the Blades" quest when I speak to Delphine.

Hi!
Your problem is very simple, with I have to say for you, a rather sad fix. Delphine states if you kill Paarthunax the blades will 'help' you. This help consists of you being aloud to add members to the blades and go on occasional dragon hunts with them. Basically what I'm trying to say is to do any more blades quests... you have to kill Paarthunax.
