Riften House :(

I have no idea on why i can't buy the house in riften i have enough gold and have completed the 'skooma' quest? has anyone bought the house if so, could you tell me what quests/what you did to get it? thanks

yes! i found the problem there was one more quest i didn't do! (it was the mage one where you have to collect the items)
