For those few of you who haven't done the Thieves guild quests, read no further.
So my newest dragonborn has made it a mission or two passed the point in the Thieves guild questline were Honningbrew Meadery ends up in the hands of Maven and Sabjorn's now sitting in Jail. So I do a few random quests and during one of them (In My Time of Need) sure enough there's Sabjorn sitting in the Whiterun Jail, asking me how I feel about sending an innocent man there.
Yesterday I started the Imperial Legion Quests, and during the battle of Whiterun there's Sabjorn just outside of Dragonsreach. I followed him as he ran all the way to, and then out the gate. He then fled through the imperial line and straight toward the Stormcloaks. That was as far as I could follow before a swift axe to my shield reminded me that I was in the middle of a battle. As soon as I get home tonight I'm checking the Meadery and the Jail to see if he's in either place.
