That that Daedric armor and weapons are the end all be all. Whats the best armor? Daedric, Whats the best bow? Daedric, Whats the best sword, axe, greatsword, battle axe, hammer and bunny smasher? Daedric :/ What does your Mage, Archer, Thief and Warrior wear? They all wear Daedric.

Now I dont know alot about TES lore but simple things like having the Elven Bow have the most base damage would make sense (to me :) because its what they are "known" for. Or having the Dwarven Axes and or Hammer have the most damage. Same goes for armor. From what I gather the Orcs seem to make better Armorsmiths than the Dwarves (based on +10 Heavy Armor) so their heavy armor should have higher ratings.

I know this is a double edged sword because of who and what the Daedric are and a simple argument can be made for why every piece of everything in the game with Daedric in the name should be the tits.

What I would like opinions on is what are the Daedric specifically awesome at? What pieces of Armor or what weapons of theirs should have the most base damage or highest armor rating?

I'm guessing that you're saying that each type weapon and armor should be only best for a specific type a race. If so, I think Daedra should be the best in all types. Them being divine beings, it would make sense. But under that, I agree that certain races should have better attributes than others. Either way, armor/weapon stats past leather and steel don't really matter in this game.(which is my favorite and least favorite thing about the game)

I'm a light armour archer, so naturally with blacksmithing I went the light armour path to dragon. Now I can't get daedric bow unless I either waste loads of perks on it, or find one on a body lol. Using legendary glass atm, it does the trick though.
