Skyrim is Freezing!

Ok folks, I really need some help on this one! I have over 450 hours on Skyrim and now it is freezing up every time I try to play it! This didn't start until after I downloaded Hearthfire, I have both add-ons, but not until several hours after the fact. I've deleted my cache memory but to no avail. I'm half tempted to delete everything and just start over but I don't really want to do that. It usually freezes once I start a fight or just about every time I try to fast travel and sometimes even when I'm just walking around. Can someone please help me save my game.

I thought it was pretty cold as well.

That said, sadly I can't help.

When you say you deleted your cache memory - do you mean the old saved games? I noticed skyrim gets flaky for me if there are too many saved games.
