You can run, but you'll only die tired...
Aden set down the various pieces of his rifle on the Judicators workbench and leaned over to make sure they were all in prime condition. Once he was sure the weapon system would perform when he needed it, he snapped the individual pieces back together. He stared at the rifle before him for several seconds before taking it and storing it in one of the several lockers along one wall of the cargo bay. He spun the dials on the manual lock and and closed the blasterproof door. On his way to the ladder leading to the cockpit, Aden paused to grab the kitbag that housed Jessicas backup gear and slung it over a shoulder. As he turned to leave, an icon popped up in his HUD. He stopped in his tracks. Apparently, someone had procured an administrator status for the Judicators onboard web reciever entirely without his permission.
The first name to pop into his head was that of the newcomer, Baroth. His paranoya made him immediately suspicious of the man but his brain came up with another response despite his distrust of his new passenger, "Jessica... I told you not to toy around." He muttered into the confines of his helmet. "Blast it kid." Grabbing hold of the rungs of the ladder, Aden climbed until he came to the medbay hatch, which he pulled open and stepped through. Empty. He cursed under his breath before pulling up a real time layout of the Judicator. A quick inspection revealed that Baroths room now had two heat signatures instead of one. "What's with that kid... I swear I so much as turn around for a minute."
He set down Jessicas gear on the medbay cot and opened a line to the cockpit, "Sky? Whats our ETA?"
She responded instantly, "About ten, maybe fifteen minutes to landing. Where you been this whole time?"
"Cleaning the cargo hold. You take us in. I'm going to talk with our passengers."
"Which one?" she asked.
"Both."
Aden walked back out into the corridor again and then turned around at the sound of an opening door and came face to face with Jessica, still clad only in a blanket, with Baroth close behind her. Before she could hand him the datapad she was carrying, he said, "Jessica..." He glanced back at the man behind her and then into the cabin before continuing, "You've met our passenger I see. And you've discovered the Judicators onboard servers."
(OOC: Sorry for no color. I'm away from the computer.)
