CHIM, what House is Vivec part of?
It won't specifically state what house Vivec was part of in my research; only that he was a member of the First Council with the Dwemer. It is a possibility that he may have been a member of House Indoril, so I think for this roleplay, he is sorted as one accordingly :).

The Falmer had no specific personality. They were wary of outsiders and were veyr survival oriented, I guess. They did not hold themselves high and they definetly were nothing like the Betrayed (modern Falmer). If you ask the Nords, they were all evil, puppy-murdering monstrous elven d-bags. If you ask the Altmer, they were wondrous and magnificent Mer, second only to the Altmer themselves. If you asked a Khajiit, they'd say, "What do you mean, Falmer? Khajiit has never heard of such a thing in his entire life." These are based on the Night of Tears and the war. Falmer were living peacefully, coexisting with Dwemer and Chimer, when the Atmorans fled their dying homeland and landed in winterhold. The Falmer and Atmorans became fast friends, trading and everything. But, the Atmorans multiplied too quickly and began taking more and more land from the Falmer. So, the Snow Elves attacked Saarthal, the main Atmoran city in Skyrim. A war began, the Falmer tryign to save their homeland from the Atmorans. Or, from the other side of the argument, the Atmorans trying to find a new home (by slaughtering Falmer). I am biased towards the Falmer, as history is written by the winners, so you have to assume that the Atmorans actually commited many more atrocities than they care to admit. So, anyway, various personalities. Pretty survivalistic and distrustful, though.

As for the clans of Ysgramor, I've got ideas. The clans would take on the last name of their current ruler. Here we go:

Clan Ysgramor: A clan reknown for it's prowess in battle on Atmora. They eventually won out over the others and set out for Skyrim. Led by Ysgramor himself. Ruling clan. Most prominent in the expedition.

Clan Nsylmare: Previous ruling clan. Has a history of great battlemages. Second most prominent. Ruled by Ulon Nsylemare, great battlemage.

Clan Selid: A clan that dabbled little in politics back in Atmora. They are quite secretive. This clan was based in the northest point of Atmora, a cold and desolate land. They are quite gifted when it comes to hunting, as well as some less reputable practices. Led by Sybil Selid, who is still on Atmora. Not very common in Skyrim.

Clan Enylin: Enylin is the largets clan on Atmora. Great smiths and warriors of all kind scome from this land. They are ruled by Farkas Enylin, who has also remained on Atmora. Most of his clan followed suite.

Okay, just ideas. If this were to go into play it may have to introduce Ulon Nsylemare as a playable guy. Ruler of one of the lesser clans of Atmora. The thanes would all be in Clan Ysgramor. Tell me if this'll work. I'm relying on some made-up lore, as there are no notions of politics or names at Atmora, so I used something a little bit similar to ancient Nordic politics and I used Nordic names.

This is great, if you could add this to the stickied post Mini, that would be simply fantastic :)

This is what I came up with...hope you guys like it.

Name: Kiocks

Race: Falmer

Class: Diplomat

Gender: Male

Age: 199

Title: High Embassador for the Falmer

House: The House of Nirn

Personality: Very outgoing and sociable, is always looking to find the best solution to everyone’s problems, is very hesitant to enter into conflict with others, and as such he is always trying to make peace with anyone who shows even the slightest signs of disagreement with his proposals.

Clothing/Weapons: Wears the finest Falmer robes and a few pieces of jewelry. His only weapon is a small iron dagger, which he only uses if completely necessary.

Bio: Kiocks father was the last High Embassador before him, and as such Kiock spent the better part of his childhood traveling the land of Merath, while meeting with the various races. Kiocks fathers strategy as High Embassador was to try and maintain peaceful relations with the more powerful races, and try to not force his nation into an unwanted war. When his father passed away, Kiock was easily chosen to succeed his father, and he then continued his father’s methods, going to such lengths to even bribe others to keep their relations neutral, or if he is able, gain more allies and trade partners for the Falmer.

Strengths: Very friendly with strangers and always looking to make more friends for himself or the Falmer.

Weaknesses: He can sometimes be too willing to avoid conflict, which can allow the opposition to exploit this to their advantage.

Sounds good to me! Maybe pointing out how old a 199 year old Falmer is (around 30 or so in human years) would be good. For future reference, of course. No need to edit.

Hmm, room for one more? On the Atmoran side, perhaps? According to a raving carefully written piece of lore on Kirkbride's part, a certain 'Pelinal' was among Ysgramor's Five Hundred Companions, and I'd certainly love to transpose the Elf-friend over here. Just think - a whole continent with nothing but Mer, his absolute best friends, to keep him company. Obviously he might be a little different from his Daedric Reunion incarnation, but I'm sure he'd be a fun addition to add a bit more of the 'weird post/proto-Nord star monster' spice to the Atmoran side. I ought to have a card up by tomorrow.

Welcome to the rp Khajiit!!! :D .ol0w0lo. I think you should keep playing as Ygnol, it isn't a very large bit of lore we are breaking having him live and I like the idea of you being Ysgramor's son :)

YES! You MUST play out Pelinal!

First of all. WOOT, Morgan's on my team!

Second, I've tried making a few banners, but I'm not sure how I like them. Here we go.

I actually quite like the Falmer Banner.

Oh yeah, CHIM I couldn't find which house Vivec was in either, so I agree we should make him part of house Indoril for this rp :)

I liek the top one most. I really like the title. But, if you are going to make one for the Falmor and one for the Atmorans, I insist you make one for the Dwemer as well! I could care less about the Chimer, though.

Hi guys, I created an account for this roleplay. I'm interested in playing one of the Falmer, so reserve me a spot whilst I get a profile up. It'll probably be link to a blog post, or something :).

I was kinda thinking the same thing .ol0w0lo. Would you mind counting how many we have on each side right now, I am busy on another thread.

Looks like Falmer 4, Atmoran 3(with Morgan) Chimer 3 (With Rekky), Dwemer 3. Pretty even, but there's one falmer too many.

Hey ALMSIVI! Hopefully you rethink joining the Falmer, in favour of the Chimer, after the talk I just had with you :).
