So I was just doing some lore research, and was reminded that Sarthaal was the first Atmoran settlement, and that they Eye of Magnus was found during it's construction? Perhaps that will be worth mentioning a bit later in the story.
Edit: Cazzer, do you know how you will start? Is Ysgramor already on his way to Merath, or will he be starting in Atmora? I wouldn't want to write my entire post, and have to rewrite it afterwards.

He's starting in Atmora, but has sent Colonists to Merath, and yes Saarthal will be mentioned and the eye of Magnus, considering the Falmer find it when they slaughter the Atmorans on the Night of Tears.

The Falmer found the Eye? I thought it was unseen, as the proto-nords had hidden it beneath the city.

They are called the Atmorans the Ancients Nords bro.
And no they found it, during the Night of Tears they sacked and destroyed Saarthal and found the eye deep within, but couldn't move it.

Proto-Nords, Atmorans, and Ancient Nords are all the same things, though the only appropriate term for this RP would be Atmoran.

Np, and I was just referring to there actual name during the Merethic area, hence why we are calling them that, same reason with the Falmer, not translating them to Snow Elves.

Also, Mongo, will the Ayleids of Cyrodill be involved with this at all? Or will they just be random rulers of the south that we don't care about?

And they were called Snow Elves around that time. They called themselves Snow Mer or Falmer, though.

Meh, I like this one more, and the Atmoran one isn't quite to the standard of the Dwemer, Chimer or Falmer ones, IMO.

Okay, one little error in your post Mini that I have to point out. At this point in time there is no such thing as a Tribunal. They are going to be the rulers of the Dunmer after Nerevar's death, and are his closed advisors but they are not called that now. Nerevar was elected Hortator by the leaders of the great Houses of the Chimer
