the thing you downloaded, does it have a name?!

You might be able to unistall the new version and reinstall the older version you were working with before?

it's some update from ati catalist...dunno if i can unistal the new version,i'm at work now but i guess when i go home i'm gona reistall the whole sistem cos of this little thing..i so hate bad updates,f! f! f!

but i really dont whant to reinstal my sistem...maybe someone will know whant i can do,i've noticed some problems also in league of legends...kind of the same but only when i was moveing camera in some points,i whant to try downgrade the update, how can i do this>? cos i've searched the program in control panel and also in new programs installed and i cant see the ati there,i've also searched in ati options but nothing, give me some advices, thx

If it's Catalyst, make sure you're getting the 12.4 version, NOT 12.3 which is known to cause havok in Skyrim. To get the latest driver, you should go to the amd.com website.

thx a lot mate i'm gona do this and i shall se what will hapen, have a nice day,at soon as i get home i'm gona download that version

Turn off anti-aliasing under the game options and see if that helps. If it does, usually you can re-eable AA but not in the game options. Do it from the Catalyst Control Center application. I've never seen artifacting that bad before from the latest drivers though so I'm not sure it's driver related.

I just saw Skulrattla post this in another thread but if you rename/move your skyrim .ini that's in your saved games folder, then start the game, it should bring you back to all the default graphics settings. You can try that too to see if it helps at all.
