Everyone has their own opinion but I usually do
Enchant tower/Trophy Room/Armory
I never add an Alchemy tower because I can always add a alchemy lab on the bottom floor and I like to show off some of the creatures in the trophy room..
I have no family so a kitchen is useless and Im not much of a reader so no library for me.
