What happens if you're a Nord and you side with the Imperials?

I mean is there any extra dialogue or anything? Or is it just the same for all the races?

no nothing. most of the empire's soldiers are nords.

I thought they were mostly imperials.

no, mostly nords, especially the armies in skyrim, but even those elsewhere have quite a few nords. most of the stormcloaks used to be imperial soldiers as well. hadvar (from the beginning quest) and rikke (who gives you all the imperial army quests) are both nords as well.

the war isn't between nords and imperials. it's between nords who want independence and nords who know better.
