What platform do you play Skyrim on?

PC. To me playing Skyrim on a gaming console would be like dating a model and putting a paper bag over his head.

Console commands allow you to get past almost any bug or glitch. They also let you nail down game mechanics (pretty much everything that is published on the internet by players about them is ultimately sourced from the PC player community).

Mods, mods oh btw did I mention mods?

Without mods it surpasses gaming consoles in terms of graphics quality and when you put in the mods for ice, water, foliage, skies, people etc. it just becomes a visual orgasm that leaves gaming consoles in the dust in terms of eye candy.

I agree with you 100%, but until I get another computer I'll be using the Xbox 360. The gaming computer I do have I gave to my kids.

Ps3 no only minor glitches so far(150+hours)
But i would prefer PC mods are my thing. and im still enjoying my mod work on oblivion

PC. I play everything on PC. My kids have an XBox, but I haven't owned/used a console since I think Sega Genesis. A friend of mine tried to convince me the PS3 performance was better than PC gaming. Perhaps it was better than his PC, but then I showed him the PC I play on:

Processor - Quad core Phenom II (965 Black edition)
Memory - 8 GB CORSAIR dual-channel DDR3 (2 sets of 2x2GB)
Video - 2 Cross-fired HIS Radeon 5770
Power - CORSAIR Professional Series HX750

I play everything on Ultra settings and have yet to find the game that causes me even the tiniest bit of drop in performance. It's about a year and a half old now and I'm sure the time will be coming soon when some components will need to be upgraded with newer games coming out, but that's what Newegg is for
