Where can I get Ebony ingots except vendors?

Hi,
I'm level 20 and finally unlocked the ebony armor perk, I think i'm too low level for the vendors to sell them since they don't sell them anywhere.

I've cleared
Gloombound mine [lvl 6 sold ore to miner outside, i didnt know anything about it]
Redbelly mine and the ores outside .

So where can i get them?
p.s i have orcish armor and heavy armor skill 35, if i have only a few should i make my few ebony into a weapon or armor?

There are ebony ore veins in Blackreach, Raldbthar Deep Market, Pinewatch, Labyrinthian, Wreck of the Brinehammer, and The Throat of the World. There is ore inside the Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon (of course you have to have finished the quest first)

Thank you, that is alot more places then i thought there were.

The largest source for Ebony ore is Gloombound Mine, located south by southeast from Windhelm behind the Orc stronghold of Narzulbur. You can make nice with the Orcs and do their Blood Kin quest to get access to the mine or you can simply climb around the walls and access the mine (the Orcs will say the typical trespassing dialogues but they will not actually become hostile or attack you). The ore veins will respawn every 10 game days.

Small amount of ebony ore available at Shor's Stone mine (near Riften). Talk to the blacksmith about clearing frostbite spiders from the cave. After you do that you can mine whatever deposits you find, plus there are a few pieces of ore laying on a box beside the smelter. Respawns.

Don't forget to visit the blacksmith again, as he will pay you for killing the spiders.

After you clear the mine at Shor's stone, don't go back in the mine during the day while the miners are in there because the spiders will respawn and could kill the miners (can't have one of Corri English characters dying!

Yeah, had that happen when I was trying to return Sylgia's letter sack. The twit died so I had to reload and wait until nightfall...then I went back in the mine and killed the spiders again just for kicks.
