Where is Festus Krex at in DB Sanctuary

Astrid told me to go speak to FestusKrex about the gourmet chef, but I cannot locate him anywhere in the DB Sancuary, so where is tis NYC at please?

It is set to active and still does not show where at in DB or anywhere outside, I am on ps3 and we have yet to get our 1.6 patch yet since Xbox 360 got there's ,so this may be a bug so if someone knows for sure of his location, for example is he in DB or what other city in the world?

I have completed the DB questline recently and haven't had any trouble with what you experience.
He should be in the sanctuary, keep looking good and follow the arrow.

aye tyvm, for some odd reason that i have no clue why, but for finding Festus ther is no pointer to follow But rest of quests there is a pointer , weird aye? rofl but i kept searching and saw him speaking, so i followed around where and who he was speaking wth nd BANNNN yeaaa i found hun lol
