Hey does anyone out there know where I can get anything that has a reduced magika cost of 25% so I can put it on all my armor pieces ( helmet, chest, boots, bracers = 100%) and do u know if enchantment where off on armor? Is it as u take damage? Any help would be great and if u do know how to get the enchantment can u tell me how hard it is to get?

Im almost certain it is not possible to place this enchant on all your items like you want. For instance you can probably only place it on gloves/boots, or head/chest.

As far as learning the enchant goes, check your local vendors for the item or hope for a drop off a mob. It could be a 1% Magicka Reduction, but as your enchanting skill levels, so will the power of your enchant.

You can only reduce the magicka requirements for a particular school of magic.

Only items worn on the head, chest, necklace and ring slots will hold the enchantment.

The item when it appears as loot or with merchants will be called "X of Peerless Y" where X is the apparel name, e.g. helmet, armor, ring, necklace, and Y is the school of magic, e.g. Destruction, Restoration, Alteration etc.

You can enchant an item with the enchantment by disenchanting an item with the same enchantment (which will destroy that item) at any enchanting table but you wont be able produce enchantments as strong as 25% without 100 in Enchanting skill , 5 Enchanter perks and Insightful Enchanter and a Grand Soul.

Enchantments on apparel don't wear out.
