I mean yeah he's fun. But to MARRY him? In order for there to be a relationship there has to be trust. He most definitely can't be trusted. So ....

Hey! Who says there has to be trust to have a relationship! I like a little mystery and I like to be surprised. A trustworthy, predictable partner is boring. I'd marry Cicero. Of course I'd always be sleeping with one eye open and a shiv strapped to both hands at all times, but, sure, I'd marry Cicero.

Since you can't actually marry Cicero in the game, the next best thing would be for him to join you as a follower, which is a definite possibility if you play your cards right.

Yeah, I always spare him and recruit him as a follower. He's badass.

Cicero is just awesome! He's the only follower i use other than Erandur and Serana, I think the only reason people dislike him is cuz of the trend thing that makes hating clowns cool.
As a clown myself i find this trend highly annoying but what can u do? 
As for marrying him i rarely create female characters and when i do its usually an argonian or kahjet female, which would be awkward to marry him to anyway, but then again he is a rather strange fellow so maybe it would just fit his character even more, lol I'm glad to see i'm not the only person who enjoys his company.

And I think most people hate Cicero because if his voice/dialogue which can be creepy or annoying.I personally like him,why be normal when you can be eccentric!
