Mobile Intel(r) 4 series Express Chipset Family?
I don't really trust can you run it because I can run games that it says I can't.
 
If that's the same as intel intergrated graphics, then yes as I can run it on my laptop at that spec.

Its about 18 months old (dell vostro) so by no means top of the line or new . Not sure what my graphics were set too but its a pretty dated game in looks anyway, so not sure it makes any difference.
