Your WTF/LOL Moments?

So I went to go fight the dragon at Autumnwatch Tower. The first time I sneaked up to it, whacked it twice and then it landed behind the mountain where two things proceeded to kill it. I didn't even get its soul. Reload, go up to it again, get chased by a saber cat all the way to the tower, so the dragon is all "WTF? Let me come check this out?" I fight the dragon while Shadowmere is owning the sabrecat. I kill the dragon and it falls through the ground while it starts breaking apart. I'm all f***, I have to reload, when I see it appear, still burning away mind you, twenty feet away. I go investigate it and the dragon is upside down. Well, While I try to get a picture, Shadowmere is still fighting the Sabercat, so I put the iPad down to go help him finish it off. My character freezes up while Shadowmere offs the cat, and all the while I'm thinking "No! I didn't even get a picture!" Well, the game unfreezes, so I hurry back to the dragon skeleton when I hear a bear roar. I'm like "F***!" at this point and turn to kill the bear attacking me while Shadowmere proceeds to take on an Ancient Vampire. I finish off the bear, which turns into a pile of ash to my surprise, then go kill the Ancient Vampire in five blows.

And here is the picture I was finally able to take.

Last night I was attacked by 2 ancient dragons, 3 bears, 2 sabre cats. They took some killing I'll admit. But after the bodies were looted there were still 2 red dots on the screen. Sneaky assassins ? Random thieves ? No, they were far worse - killer goats !!!!
Oh yeah! Ever since the last update, whenever I have my weapon drawn apparently EVERYTHING is an enemy? Since when are dear, bunnies, foxes and goats enemies? Oh well - KILL KILL KILL until all those red dots are gone!

If they have an aura, they are being controlled by someone else, and are attacking you not of their own free will. Hence the dot as an enemy.

I knew that one already and it always has happened. In this case, as long as I have my weapon drawn, apparently everything is my enemy. It's weird, but you get used to it. Probably has something to do with the update or just a glitch on my system.

Me and Erik met a wandering bard about half an hour ago. Suddenly the guy gets in a fight with a cave bear. We help out and, being the good mer I am, try to give him a friendly healing. The bard freaks out and attacks, and Erik comes to my defense! I couldn't end the fight, so I resort to just watching a psychotic bard and well intended youth fight it out for no reason, casting heals every now and then.

I was hunting deer with Fire Runes (Runes are underrated imo, but that's for a different thread) when I threw a Rune across the river to catch an deer when it went off, shot the deer straight up and out of sight. A couple seconds later he lands on the ground in front of me and I'm looting deer parts... o_O

The Other night I was attacked by the three Hired Thugs that are sent to hunt you down after you steal something.

After helping them with their Dova assissted suicide and looting thier boddies I checked the contract to see who sent them.

The name on the contract was Garmr. After consulting the wiki I was somewhat shocked to find that a Death Hound from Volkihar Keep hired thugs to teach me a lesson about stealing.

I rode my horse up to the gates of Whiterun and accidentally hit the wrong button while trying to get off the horse. I hit the button for jump/rear up. Well instead of rearing the horse and I fly sideways into the wall. So I tried again and same thing, we go flying into the wall. Did it maybe a dozen times with the same outcome. I have no idea what that was about.

Draugrs in the morning? And then I turned and there was a giant camouflaged in the trees, the thing that gave him away was his giant loincloth

Even though everybody else has already experienced this, there is still something very special about your first screw gravity moment with a horse:

I'm so used to my mannequin's wandering about the house I don't consider it a WFT moment anymore. By now I'd probably say WTF if I walked in and the mannequin was on it's pedestal.

However, I still go WTF when I walk into the cellar and see who has decided to take it's place:

In case you are wondering why I have a non-hostile skeever in my house, I'm afraid I don't know either. I just walked into the cellar one day after a skeever infestation and there it was, chilling and totally cool with everyone. I can walk right up to the skeever and jump on it when it's blocking the entrance to my forge and it doesn't care a bit. I'm letting it stay for the novelty value.

I rolled out a new character, kinda OCD about starting a new one every week or two...... Anyway, I am int the process of proving my honor for some good low level heavy armor, when we are sent to the cairn. When Farkas changes, he drops his Skyforge sword. When he reappears, he has it on his back again.

I didn't know NPCs carried more than one main weapon, like a bow, sword, axe.....etc.

I just finished the Season Unending quest and saw all the Imperial delegation and Stormcloak delegation jump off the mountain. At least I think it was them; however, I guess it could of also been a frozen goat who decided to either see Paarthunax or attack a Greybeard.

Invisible dragons. I recall on Solsthiem, absorbing a soul of a dragon I didn't kill, and then it skeleton flew away. I used the ride dragon shout and rode around my skeletal dragon for a while aha, until I let it go without killing it.

Apparently, it's bones disappeared from the game as if it was dead, so an invisible dragon was flying around later, attacking me and all I could see was the fire, and tell where it was from the snapping noises when it landed aha. Probably the best wtf moments I've had. Dunno if it's a glitch or what, but from what I read, it isn't normal lol

Me watching someone else playing Skyrim with their male PC:

"Okay, now he's going to talk to Mikael. Mikael is opening the conversation by saying something about how if the PC is after a lady, once Mikael gets them they stay got. Interesting, he's never said that to my PC before, I guess it must be something he only says to male PCs. Now they're talking about Carlotta, and Mikael has been persuaded to stop going after her. Mikael is ending the conversation by saying: "Some parting advice. Women. Love. Sonnets." He's never said that to any of my female PCs, it's always: "It's the leaving that's the hardest, I know" in this soft purr...Wait a minute...

Mikael has been hitting on me this entire time! I've got to be the most clueless Skyrim player in existence.

I have a habit of talking to the game as though the NPCs can hear me (followers in particular), and it cracks me up when they happen to answer me back.

When I was in Labyrinthian last night I checked to see if Onmund was carrying anything that would speed up my magicka regen...I said, "What have you got, Onmund?" Without missing a beat, as I open the dialogue menu he says, "I've got your back."

Goddamnit, Onmund o_O I see what you did there.

Ok so I just started a new character because I got the DLC's and I am heading to Ivarstead with Lydia, for the long trek up the mountain to see the Grey Beards.
Anyway I come across this random orc who wants to sell me Skooma. He says something like.. "You look weary....". I polietly decline and go on my way. I am then attacked by a wolf. After I kill it I look around for Lydia and she is face down at my feet. I am thinking.. how is she dead? but when I approach her it says "Talk Lydia" WTF??? she is taking a dirt nap and still has all her dialogue options.. I back away and she glides along the ground, following me. It is so creepy and funny at the same time. I try to FUS her but nothing... she merely says... "Hey! I'm on your side!"...
Anyway I continue on with creepy Lydia gliding across the ground behind me. Then we encounter another wolf and she finally springs into action. And she is normal again. Then a little further on she is doing the same creepy thing except this time she is on her back like some kind of demented turtle.

Now I know why the Orc told me I looked weary.. cause I was dragging Lydias lazy arse across half the country!

Exiting the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary and a almost naked (loincloths ftw!) Nord falls from the sky. I took it as a sign that one of the Daedric princes I had befriended was wishing me good luck.

Two silverhands landing in a "compromising position" when I killed them. Male face down, female face up.... into his nether regions.

The first time i transformed into a werewolf i went running randomly around whiterun then a guard saw me then all the guard from 5-8 guards kept following me and i was running.
Good times Good times
