Your favorite voices?

I love hearing all dragons talk. Their voices sound so rumbly and huge and epic, exactly like they're coming from a creature bigger than this world. I could just keep on talking to Paarthurnax for an hour. I could listen to Alduin just as long, if I wasn't constantly running for my life whenever I get a chance to listen to him.

I'm also oddly fond of the British-accented male Altmer voices. It's very dramatic to hear them shouting propaganda at you in the midst of battle. "You are but a dog to your masters!" "It's time for you to know your place!" They sound so elegant and cruel. Sometimes they even laugh as they're bashing you over the head with maces. If that doesn't show what kind of people the Thalmor are, I don't know what does.

But my favorite voice in the entire game thus far is Elenwen's. Whenever she opens her mouth, I shiver. Her voice gets under my skin and creeps me out to no end. She's charming and somewhat motherly, attracted to pretty things and fine people, but there's a horrible venom lying just beneath the surface of her words and the implication of violence in every syllable. I think her voice was eerily well done.

Khajiit have nice voices. It's also a nice change of pace to hear one speak after listening to the same fake nordic accent for the past 10 hours (some are good, but most roll their tongue too often).

Corri English. It's a fine day when you're around. Every time I hear it, the Jizz in my pants video springs to mind.

Ooohhh, let me think...

Brynjolf - my character likes to stand around and listen to him call her 'lass.'

Farkas - Gruff and manly.

Vilkas - he has a wonderful lilt.

Mercer Frey - gravely and brusque, yet oddly sexy.

Ulfric - yummy! Makes my poor little Dovahkiin melt!

Mephala, the Lady of Whispers - creepy, yet intriguing...

Brynjolf - my character likes to stand around and listen to him call her 'lass.'

Oh yeah! I'd forgotten about him. Hard to do, I know...

Whenever a Thieves' Guild quest gave me the objective "Talk to Brynjolf," I reacted exactly like Aaron did towards Astrid in 'Skyrim for Pimps.'

And I'd also forgotten Molag Bal. He just reverberates inside your head.

Mjoll the Lionness. Her accent is what attracted me to her in the first place. So I fetched her sword, she became a follower, then my wife. End of story. Even her yawns are sexy. :D

And like Jaeger above said, any woman who says the line, "It's a fine day with you around." Totally melts me. ;)

Oh God, I love the Skyrim for Pimps vids! The first one I saw I laughed so hard my throat felt like it was raw!

Me too! :D Whenever I want a laugh, I head over to 'Time Travel in Skyrim' or the first Crotch Guzzler vid. The bit with Nerien blew my mind when I first saw it. And I can't help but think that the statue in the college is always farting now.

I'm actually watching the entire series straight through twice - once alone and once with a friend. 'Two Best Friends Play' used to be our favorite gaming show, but until the new season starts up, 'Skyrim for Pimps' is a most excellent replacement.

Yes, she has a fine voice...but she talks too damned much! I stopped taking her on adventures 'cause she wouldn't shut her trap!

I agree with the talking too much part. Yeah, I know, honey. I heard that story, oh I dunno, maybe 88 times by now? :D

But here's the thing: I went on a few missions alone, and I have to admit, I really missed her chatter. It was way too quiet. So she's like an American Express card. I never leave home without her. <3

Dragons. Khajiit. Argonians. All very nice voices. I use to love the voiced of Dunmer in Morrowind but I find the ones in Skyrim a bit out of character. Dunno.

Brynjolf - mmmmm love that accent yummm
Ulfric - another yummmm
Farkas - ditto yummm
Tsun - his voice just does something to me, another yummm
Arngeir - I always loved Christopher Plummers voice.

There are so many voices I love but these are the top ones for me

No mention of Nazir? Come on now. And I like Brand-Shei's voice for some reason.

Aw, I hated Nazir's voice. His acting always seemed kind of forced to me. And Astrid probably has my least favorite voice. However, I really liked Cicero and Festus' voices. So...the Dark Brotherhood is about 50/50 for me.

Though I do agree with you on Brand-Shei. He's such a nice guy and sounds that way too. For the longest time I hated Brynjolf for wanting to put him in jail.

I thought the voice acting for Nazir was amazing. He's a sarcastic guy, and it totally comes off that way in the voice. I should know, I'm extremely sarcastic myself.

He's not an ass, he's sarcastic. Mercer is more of an ass than Nazir.

Yes, this is true. I guess Nazir just didn't get my motor going. Mercer, on the other hand...I guess I'm a sucker for wicked men, 'cause I wanted to side with him. You know, like hunt down and murder Karliah, then he become a marriage option. Twist, I know.
