I love hearing all dragons talk. Their voices sound so rumbly and huge and epic, exactly like they're coming from a creature bigger than this world. I could just keep on talking to Paarthurnax for an hour. I could listen to Alduin just as long, if I wasn't constantly running for my life whenever I get a chance to listen to him.
I'm also oddly fond of the British-accented male Altmer voices. It's very dramatic to hear them shouting propaganda at you in the midst of battle. "You are but a dog to your masters!" "It's time for you to know your place!" They sound so elegant and cruel. Sometimes they even laugh as they're bashing you over the head with maces. If that doesn't show what kind of people the Thalmor are, I don't know what does.
But my favorite voice in the entire game thus far is Elenwen's. Whenever she opens her mouth, I shiver. Her voice gets under my skin and creeps me out to no end. She's charming and somewhat motherly, attracted to pretty things and fine people, but there's a horrible venom lying just beneath the surface of her words and the implication of violence in every syllable. I think her voice was eerily well done.
