Imperials or Stormcloaks, what one?

Wait... what do you mean by thinking? Thinking they own him. They do own him, even if he's unwilling. You seem like a smart person, so I'm sure you're aware they broke Ulfric while in captivity with the intention of using him as an asset. It doesn't matter whether he's willing or not. Ulfric's a Thalmor pawn either way and thus, the Thalmor are one step ahead of him... and the saddest part of all is he doesn't realize what's actually happening.
What exactly has he done to benefit the Thalmor besides the war? Yes, they broke him in captivity, but the asset part wasn't executed very well. Starting a civil war is, at first glance, a wonderful idea, but now if Ulfric wins, the Thalmor have much more to lose. Stirring more hatred of them from the Nordic veterans isn't a good idea, either.

Wasn't it though? It doesn't have to be written it stone. The Markarth Incident... then the escalating tension thereafter... the Thalmor readying their armies according to Ond... The 'betrayal' of Ulfric at Markarth resulting in him no longer being 'cooperative'... wasn't it though? :)

Right he just hates anyone who isn't a Nord.

If Ulfric hates anyone who isn't a Nord then why does he allow non nords to have businesses inside his city? Why does he allow an Altmer, yeah those Thalmor elves, to buy property? Including another Altmer to have an alchemy shop? Why does he allow a Dunmer to have a farming business that has Nords as workers? How dare he allow that to happen! Such disgusting practice for a racist Jarl! How humiliating is it for a Nord in Windhelm to work for a Dunmer? UGH!

Because they has MONEY to buy land and he has no other choice than to accept said monies for his 'cause' which will ultimately fl*ff them over.

If he was racist he wouldn't even accept it. True Racists don't accept anything from other races.

Exactly! All the Thalmor can hope for is that he keeps the war going on, and on, and somehow hinders the Empire.

Nope. That's a gross generalization and proves you haven't thunk critically about the Thalmor Dossier on Ulfric Stormcloak.

Thats what the Dossier says. Hardly a gross generalization.

Ulfric was never "cooperative" he gave them Information and that was the Brunt of his hospitality.

Just admit that the rebels are bad ass. Maybe Ulfric was abused by a elf, when he was a kid. Whatever the case, Ulfric does'nt really hate anybody. The rebels are fighting a noble cause, so deal with it you imperialists :D

But what is TRUTH? It's the Dragonborn... it doesn't matter what race you are or what feelings he has he'll use you regardless.

There is a difference between reading something and comprehending it. I can't remember how many good, honest Nords I slayed in the game over a Thalmor puppet. But then again... if this had been the days from Oblivion and someone would have explained this to me ahead of time, it wouldn't surprise me how easily the Nords would fall for it.

Then once again, you haven't really paid any attention to that Dossier.

And I can see that you aren't paying attn to what I've been saying either. Lots of pride, lots of arrogance being thrown around tonight but I still have yet to be proven wrong. Noble cause eh? So the Civil War and this selfish, petty little rebellion is worth Ulfric becoming High King? There's nothing noble about it. How is it the rebels kick ass when Gen Tully had the rebellion all but over at the start of the game?

And I'm sure those Elves had their way with Ulfric when they broke him in prison. Just sayin' And now that I think about it, that's one reason why Ulfric might cooperate with the Thalmor... I'm sure he wouldn't want something like that to get out.

What if an Altmer Dragonborn corrupts the gift to him and he brands him a mockery?
Ulfric would treat you the same no matter what race are you. When you do that quest in which you go get a crown in a dungeon, and you instead give it to the Empire and join them, if you go talk to Ulfric after betraying him, he will be disappointed in you. He will not offer any special dialogue according what race are you.

Obviously the Empire isn't being held by the collar by the Thalmor, right? The Empire is forcing itself to this fight, it would be better to just leave Ulfric be and let the Thalmor start a second war than to wear yourself down for the inevitable vulnerable state of post-war that the Thalmor would take advantage of.

Ulfric's rebellion is a reminder to the once great Empire to stand against the Thalmor, lest they fall before them.

You misinterpreted me. I meant the Dragonborn gift, if an Altmer had it it would probably be disgraceful to the Nords. Its like if the Neravarine was an Argonian, yes it could happen, but it might be the Legends origin race, not another's.

You know I don't hate this. I like what you're trying to convey here. Indeed. However... you do realize of course the Empire was leaving him alone...
