sometimes i'll go and buy stuff from belathor and when i talk to him, he'll just exclaim "AARRRR" really angrily for no reason but he'll still allow me to buy and trade lol

Well, besides the obvious Space Program Giant and dragon flying backwards, I've had one where NPCs would sit on a bench and, suddenly, they would start to glide around the town while still in the sitting position. Laughter ensued.
Another one involved a body stuck in a rock and me using Unrelenting Force, which made the body spaz out uncontrollably.

One of my favorite glitches happened in Whiterun. Had just come out a shop and I see a man in and then falling from the sky. Turned out to be Nazeem.

I can safely say that the very Gods have punished you for your hubris, and thus, they sent Nazeem to plague your game. By the way, have you ever been to the Cloud District?

3 times now since 1.8 patch, I've seen hunters on horseback flying around. On one occasion they came right at me then shot off into sky, I was pretty freaked out.

One time I heard M'aiq the Liar say something about mudcrabs and when i turned around, he was floating away in the air whilst continuing his sentence.
