I like all of Melukah's Skyrim covers. They really add depth to the bard songs included in the game. In particular, Tale of the Tongues is amazing.

I'd like to see Blind Guardian do a cover of 'The Dragonborn Comes.' It would be epic, considering they do some of the best cover songs I've ever heard.
