    if you will be able to open these log files, then inside you can find info about most corrupted scripts that persists in your save game file and are causing all the mess...

    list of your installed mods would be quite helpful for providing some advanced assistance ;))

    after you do so, load your save game, play for a couple of minutes and quit the game... after that you should have in "c:\Users\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script\ 4 log files that should be quite big (with 90mb save game file are possible results even with hundreds of mb :D)...

    it really doesn't matter if you have Steam or any other version installed - those "*.ini" files you need to edit are by default saved in your "user documents folder" (usually c:\Users\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\ ... if you know how big your save games are, then you already have been there ;))

    open "skyrim.ini" with notepad and add (or change) the papyrus section like this:
