Advice finding some armour...

Hi y'all...

So one of my character's I RP as a bounty hunter. I had previously helped the Stormcloaks and completed the civil war quest. As I'm going through life I've decided to put together some armour taken from fallen enemies to look cool and really want the Penitus Oculatus armour. However as I've won the civil war for the Stormcloaks, will I still be able to get this and if yes, where and how?

You can only get the Penitus Oculatus Armour via the Dark Brotherhood questline, I think.

You can still get it if you visit the The Penitus Oculatus Outpost in Dragon Bridge, but you have to kill a NPC, which might give you a bounty.
