Any help with making a troll character? :s

I'm wanting to make a character who trolls everybody he meets, both through quest choices and actual build, but I don't know where to start.
Any help? I don't want to go too heavy on the roleplay, though. Excuse my lack of creativity, will you? ;_;

Naked, only use Illusion and the Wabbajack. Shoot guards in the knee with arrows. Get to the Cloud District. Often. Let people steal your sweet rolls. Do the fishstick (in a very delicate state of mind).
