If you like being here, keep being here. People put too much stock in the opinions of a few people in a virtual existence, most if not all of whom you'll never meet in real life.

Myself, I think most people I deal with enjoy my twisted sense of humor, but if some don't, to put it bluntly, I don't give a flying crap. No one will always get along with everybody and sure as hell no one will be liked by everybody, so i don't fret about it. That's a them problem not a me problem.

Worse? Couldn't say. Sounds like it could be relative, depending on which end you're on. What I can say without a doubt though is that people who extend freedom of speech to freedom to speak and then dictate the reactions of listeners are probably packing their bowls a tad too tight.

And for that matter, those agreeing with such delusions of impunity are probably standing far too close to the lit end of the bong. With freedom of speech comes accountability for the effects of what's been said. Far too many people nowadays seem to have ditched class the day that lesson was taught.

It's a forum, so everyone can express an opinion - after all, everyone has an opinion, (avoiding the cliched expression). Though I don't, personally, see any benefit to the forum in confrontation unless a thread is intended for that. So if people don't like you, they should block you and vice versa.
