Archery damaged and I don't know how to fix it.

So I'm having a problem with my archery. In the skills menu my archery skill is 15 and in red when it was once at 36. I've used a cure disease potion and went to a shrine and its still damaged.
*Also I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get my weapon recharged. I've asked around and haven't been able to find anyone who offers it.

Try going to a church to get cleansed, it worked in Oblivion.

Bows don't degrade. Use a filled soul gem to recharge you bow but im sorry i don't know whats wrong with your stat :/
