Been looking all over the place but cant find a answer anywhere.
When i escort Serana to the castle, i cant enter it.
The gate opens, but the castle door wont.
Anyone else been trough this before?

You have to wait on the bridge for a moment until Serana comes up to you for a quick chat once she's finished the gate will be open and you can go in.

I done that. The gate is not the problem, the Castle door is. No matter how many time i click the door nothing happens.

I've also run into this problem before on the Xbox 360, and here is how I got passed it all. I deleted everything off my hard drive that had anything to do with saved games and the game it self. I reinstalled the game, from disc, and then reinstalled my Dawnguard add-on from my download history, located under account management I believe. I leveled up my newly created breton battle mage to 20th and went straight for the add-on quest Bloodline, to see if I could enter the castle keep. I was soooooo relieved when I entered because of all the reviews mentioning that this didn't seem to work.

When I first tried to venture into the castle I was a high elven caster type class that was about 30th level if memory serves me right. I'm curious if anyone else that experienced this impossible to enter castle bug was playing the same race or class type. Sometimes program coding can be the problem, at least I think so. The truth about the bug is indeed elusive. Good Luck to you all. Keep your eyes open for the Elder Scrolls on Line, It looks SWEET!
