I just wanted to ask you guys some ideas for builds/fun things to do. I have played most types of class in the game and am looking for a challenge now. I play on master. It all just seems to easy. Could you recommend me some ideas?

Have you tried role-playing? Making things a little more realistic for yourself can often add another challenge to the game.

Also, you could try porchdrinker's character creation system and make a character purely out of chance.

You could try characters out of TV or Books or both like a Syrio Forel build easy enough and if you have Hearthfire you can wallop somebody with a wooden sword. LOTR Characters a pretty easy to make as well.
You could always make an RP character like AS88 said, I find those the most entertaining.
