I remember a few months back, during my first playthrough, my character had just gone done inspecting the hall of the dead in Markarth, and twenty minutes later, he's a damn cannibal.
The thought had skipped my mind until recently, until I was wandering my windstead manner, and I found a whole bunch of "Human Flesh" I had stashed in a barrel in my kitchen(And if you're wondering why, well I make lots of cheap poisons for a living).
I then remembered my first playthrough and began to wonder.."If I was a cannibal, why did my health get damaged when I ate human flesh?.." I also began to wonder, why you couldn't cook human flesh like you could other things. I fully understand that Human Flesh itself is an ingredient, but I was still a bit let down, I wasn't going to become a cannibal in this playthrough, but the thought of not being able to consume human flesh with no ill side effects upon becoming a cannibal, still bugged me :L, I think I may have OCD or something (Or I'm insane)
On a side note, whats something small that bugged you about Skyrim?
