I have a necklace that gives me 100% resistance and if I get rid of my werewolf form by using the witches head burning. Will the necklace keep me from getting vampirism?

IMO it's a waste of a necklace slot though. You can just as easily carry some hawk feathers or a couple of cure disease potions if you get something you need to cure before you can visit a shrine.
