Help?!

Everytime I speak to a shop keeper or someone who sales stuff they have only got between 750-1000 gold on them. I want to sell them things thats worth about 2000 gold, how do I increases thier gold?

For future reference, the Help section would be better. To answer your question, Some merchants will have more gold. The fence in the Thieves guild gets up to 4000 after you become guild master. You can also use the Speech perks to increase vendor's coin by investing.
