Xbox 360 House Problem

Ok i have been given me the severin Manor,which is awesome looking mansion,i do have a house in whiterun with my house carl and my husband, i speak to my husband and the dialogue screen comes up and i click the option, I'd like us to move somewhere else.

Problem is i only get two options---- breezehome, my house in whiterun and your old place would suit us just fine.( my husband old house). So how do i get everyone to my new house Severin Manor?

At this time Severin Manor is not an option for families - probably because there is no "childs room" - maybe there will be a patch later for xbox users - pc users will have to mod it.
