Hi, im kinda new to this forum so... HI. I'm just wondering that in skyrim, can you eat normally like what every npc do? For example, my housecarl, my bard, (I have hearthfire) or in the Bannered Manor on Whiterun. Most people sit down and eat bread. Like normally. I tried to do it by going to my menus and eat bread, but i cant see my character eating bread when i exit, OR for example holding a tankard and like drinking like what most NPCs do.. I know most of you are probably confused but im just wondering... Can you eat, drink normally like other npcs do? I'm on xbox so i cant have mods.

Nah there isn't any eating animations for the player. only NPC's

Well you CAN eat or drink the item, however there isn't an animation for it like there is for the NPC's though. I guess Bethesda never added it in because it's not really necessary in my opinion. In fact I have never eaten anything in Skyrim... that might just be me though.

I wish they made a hardcore system like what Obsidian did with New Vegas. It made it interesting, but it was never difficult to maintain.

I think there are a few mods for the PC version that allows you to interact with the world by using a shout that was made by the modder.
