Is Dragonborn out yet?

I've waited until midnight and I don't see Dragonborn on the marketplace yet. Does it come out later at another time?

This is getting stupid. Anyone know whats going on with dawnguard? Its 6:10 est and all thats up on xbox live is 4 different ways to get to the official trailer.
