That reminds me, I once had to get orc blood for a quest, and thought that mean smelter overseer in Markarth was the perfect victim. Since I was about to kill him, I figured I'd do the misc quest where I have to tell him to stop bullying the workers. After that, I went into Vampire Lord form and started slashing at him. But that guy who gave me the quest got in the way first! After that I got a letter of compensation. He somehow had time to put me in his will in the 5 seconds it took for me to walk over to the orc.

I killed the same Orc, also for his blood. I think this was for the Infithim book quest for that guy who lives in a ice shell near Winterhold.
