Math In Skyrim

Recently it was announced that each DLC will have 50% discount during their launch week, so as a fellow PS3 iv estimated the total price is like £17.50 less. Since i dont know the actual price for each dlc could you tell the price all together?

That is half what PC (apart from dragonborn) and xbox players had to pay for the dlc lol

For the ps3 , Bethesda is releasing a new skyrim game of the year edition, it will have all 3 DLC's, all up to date patches. The game will be released but atm not sure of the price. You can contact your nearest game stop store, they can give you an estimated time of the release, I was told around march to may.

Bethesda announced they was not going to give ps3 any DLC's or patches till there done making Dragonborn for ps3.
So again read above and contact the store or call Besthesda themselves, they estimate the time around march also.

I hope tis helped you :):):)

it dosent matter, people wont pass on the chance off having to buy all dlc for 50% off on the first week on playstation store

it would probs cost at least 50quid for goty edition of skyrim, i wonder if xbox people will be pissed if the ps3 users get 50percent of all dlc, since they had to pay full whack, im on xbox and i personally think they should give ps3 players a deal for all the time they have waited if it was me all that waiting would crack me up, but there is still another 2 dlcs to come out so wouldnt a game of a year addition wait untill all five dlcs came out.

Aye, but bethesda know how piss the ps3 players, having to wait so long on on a fix patch and dlc's. I was one of those players i bought skyrim for ps3 and i saw that xbox get patch after patch then 3 dlc's and we couldn't even get a patch, after a long while of having the game and then read that bethesda made announcment: at this time we are not working on a patch or releasing any dlc's till we get done making the dragonborn dlc for the ps3, then we will launch the ps3 skyrim game of the year edition around march-may.I was pissed so i took my ps3 skyrim disc back to gamestop and they swapped it out for a xbox 360 skyrim, free no charge since they knew about bethesda announcement as well.

The idea of the 2 more discs still to come out, that would make it even worse for ps3 gamers having to wait longer, since there is no release date of the next 2 discs to come out.

I hope the ps3 gamers do get the game at least half price off since waiting so long to get a skyrim game that works and has all patches and dlc's :):):)

I am one of the lucky one's to have both systems ps3 and xbox 360 and was able to take my game back and swap it out for the xbox 360 version.

yea the ps3 users have got the short straw p.c gets mods, xbox dlcs, ps3 fookall, they should make a package deal for them, but if they release goty edition that means they will have to buy the game all over again when they allready have a skyrim disc, i think the next dlc redguard its most likely to be called, is out mid march early april thats just speculation, but i think that time sounds about right

I'm definitely not going to pass up the chance. 50% discount is very good. I might be able to get all of them at the same time. At least we can assume they won't have these problems again for the next DLC. Should come out as planned next time.

Nah, I don't like the goty plan. I want to play dlcs with the character that I have worked on for several months and just (nearly) perfected. I don't want to have to start over.

18028-1-1338589718.avif Now the real question is... i want ***** mods. There is a article about Bethesda wanting to put mods on console but Sony and Microsoft dont see the real cash cow they can get. Look here, the most endorsed or subscribed also viewed gets to be put on stores, armour and weapon mods can be 1.50 just like little big planet while other mods depending on the category can make more like house mods

If they could somehow make it possible to make or at least import mods onto the consoles I would be such a happy player.

As much as I would love having mods on the console, and as much as I love Bethesda, this approach is nothing but exploitive and I would very sadly have to boycott future TES games. Bethesda and Microsoft has absolutely no right to monetize the modders' hard work.

I know, I'm taking it too seriously and being a stick in the mud. Maybe there's a way to be fair with compensation, but I don't see there being a pricepoint that would work to be split three ways, and what happens to those mods that get chosen on the computer? Do you have to pay there too, where mods were a selling point of the original game? If not, and this precedent is set, isn't that just going to engender resentment between platforms and encourage players to change platforms in the future?

I just don't see there being a good way to pull off that kind of scheme. I also don't see it ever happening, so I won't have to boycott Bethesda, thankfully.

well since all three DLC's are 50% that means Dawnguard and Dragonborn would be $10 each because they're $20 each at regular price and Hearthfire is $5 so that would be $2.50 so that total for all three together would be $22.50 in total for the US Skyrim players. But you have to remember that the DLC's will be 50% off for a week starting the day of its release on the PSN.
