New 1.9 patch for console review/testing

I just thought of something else. Many of us have pretty much maxed out our char's, and so they have good, decent gear (and skill's), so what good will what our char's have now as Skill's, Armor and possessions be now?

I wonder if it would have been better to just lift the leveling point rather than "force" us to redo what many have already done?

Wow! That's the first I've heard of that happening! I've had several get shot down by me, my follower and Storm Atronach's. Have you asked Bethesda about that?

Are you referring to what I wrote?

If you are: I've never asked them about it. I just thought it was a common bug. It happened several times as I tried to approach the Sky-Haven temple with Daphnie and Esbern. The quest would not continue because they were just standing there attacking the dragons that never died. I just gave up and went inside Sky-Haven temple and Daphnie and Esbern followed. When I came out, the dragons was still there.

Before, I was using the Atronach Forge in the Midden in the College of Winterhold to create daedric weapon and armors to sale them off and make money. As ShadowKing well said, there is not freaking way we will sale anymore a daedric warhammer that cost 3,500 bc simply, Bethesda, our genius, decided to “fix” the Riverwood trader. How wonderful !
Beside, they did not think about to fix the freaking Atronach Forge in which you can not create daedric daggers or swords at all. That was not fixed !
So, we are obligated to “keep stuff” that we do not want to keep or simply leave them on the floor and turn around and pick ONLY those items that can be bought by those merchants with a minimum amount of money in their pockets. They did not FIX anything but MESS with it.
I am not downloading that freaking patch at all. I don’t care about legendary and I never was so interested on this patch since the Oghma book would be “fixed”. I still can reset my perks using the Waking Dreams black book in Solstheim. PC guys will find the way to “fix” what they broke. Good for them, bad for us.

they couldn't lift the level cap because all skills are at 100 unless they made more skill trees which would have been better lol

I found this, not sure if the glitch still works but if it does, it may help some of the problem with gold now.

Its strange they have patched over Oghma the riverwood trader and the speech exploit, but I went to dawnstar and the invisible chest is there still filled with items and gold and if thats there im sure the one outside solitude and the one in that orc stroghold will be there and im sure those invisible chest glitches are more of a cheat than the riverwood traders amount of gold. why fix Lucan when there is chests with tons of stuff in them

OHHHHH, they left the INVISIBLE chest in Dawnstar ? They are making a fun out of us by leaving a chest that could put in your pocket 10k but you won’t be able to sale what you loot that easy. You will need about half an hour to go from town to town crossing your fingers those merchants have enough money available and praying for Skyrim not to crash in all the loading screens ... like I said, I better stay off that patch so I will continue cheating and having fun ...

I watched that video and sheesh! That seems to be a LOT of work! Well, if I dl the patch, I'll not loot anything but $, and not sell anything. If I get a weapon or shield that "looks" cool, I'll put it in a rack or something. There's plenty of coin out there to get without having to sell stuff (although it does help for sure!).

ohh the irony they let us keep cheat chests but something helpfull like a rich trader they patch over :S it seems a little backwards lol they should have a banking system in skyrim where u get loans and the more money ure due them the stronger the debt collecter they send to you lol

after watching the video, u would be faster running around solitude to each vendor than doing that 5 times .

looks like thats going to end my "Usually" Starting run through then....

1 - escape Helgin
2 - Burgle all house's in riverwood
3 - walk to whiterun stables, carrage to riften
4 - Use Ugreania ( or what ever the fook his name is..) to level speech
5 - Fast travel back to Riverwood, sell all stolen stuff to Lucan and invest in him,
6 - Level Smithing & Enchanting, while selling to Lucan

Thats going to need some work, considering in most dungeons after level 25-30 there are Ebony Weilding Drauger Deathlords, 2 Ebony Swords and Lucans gonna be flat broke
(will take months to sell/wait/sell a full inventory from a dwarven ruin)

Okay i guess the Thieves Guild at full strength ats a few Fencing options, but Lucan was the best one... :S

I just wish there was a merchant who had more gold..... like Lucan. He lived in a humble town, argued with his sister, hoarded his gold, went on about his damn golden claw, let you steal his cheese and apples, and ran a successful business buying all the stuff i found. Even the stuff I "couldn't be bothered with" (Sarena).

He now looks like embarrassed to see me. He can't kill dragons, brew potions, get a wife or craft daedric armor but he was useful. Give the guy back his sense of dignity.

We better check everyting : probably Shadowmere is a vampire with its red eyes and if you are not a vampire and you try to ride it, it will kick you out so bad that you will be send into a black book realm; perhaps only Serana can ride it .. lol ..

You might be right. I've not joined the Guild as yet, but, it might be time. But then, I'm not sure. I would like to have seen a bit of philanthropy for us to work. Sol definitely needs coin, so does Windhelm for the "Gray section".

Lucas is an idiot. Sven and the freaking Faendal are stealing from him and anytime I show up in that town at night, there is a a thieve ( from the guild perhaps ) robbing him but Lucas continue saying : “the Riverwood trader is back where he was suppose to be” ... freaking idiot and especially now that he is broken, his sister will leave him ... lol ..

Nothing is worth to do now after patch 1.9 but to get real evil and start killing every single one out there ... lol ... I am going to use Call of Valor to have more warriors beside me and get done quickly ... perhaps and invisible dragon shows up and eat me alive ..

the big problem with joining the guild is doing those tedious tasks it takes to get the vendors to the ratway
