opinions on other RPG's

anybody favor any other RPG games ? WoW, runescape, etc.
i dont really play and others but they sound fun enough to give it a shot. preferably online

Me, (not sure if fully considered RPG) I like all the Mass Effect series (especially Mass Effect 2, 3rd one coming out soon) and somewhat Fallout 3 (did not play New Vegas). both games provide a good/bad side and outcomes for that as opposed to Skyrim. Sure in Skyrim you can kill random NPC but in the end you are still a hero.

I have decided not to touch any other games than skyrim for now, but when Mass Effect 3 comes out you bet your septum that i'll be there. Hope this helps.

I play Runescape =) Its addictive too, think it led me on to liking things like skyrim =P Its set in a different world like skyrim but its kind of medieval times its hard work to lvl when you get higher level but the challenge makes it more fulfilling to max out in skills its good fun =) Ive never played WoW I know people who do but it seems that WoW is really all about the fighting and the graphics, Runescape is more balanced between the community, fighting and the skills, I guess its all about preferance. The graphics for runescape are a lil less spectacular but it is a browser game where WoW is online you do still need to buy the game itself Runescape you can play f2p to try it out and if you like it you can go on to buy members at half the price of WoW >.> lol ok im bias hahahaha Runescape wooooooo!!!!

haha i use to play that a while ago, years ago, my character was so bad ass haha. very high level, good items, etc. but for some reason my account was disabled, and i lost it. didnt want to have to start over. haha. maybe ill give it another shot, i loved the idea of it though. will it work good on a mac ? or would i need a mouse ?

You can definatly play Runescape on a mac I dont know about the mouse tho, if its because some macs have a single button there is an option in game to use single mouse click =) I have the same alias on Runescape so if you come back give me a shout ^.^

so, im trying it out. pretty fun, but i have on idea the controls, i just realized ctrl click is basically right click on my mac. i have the same name to. iamFaded
im still figuring things out though, itd be nice to have a helping hand haha

Runescape is outdated, and it's often not worth playing after a while because of the ignorant n00bs who can't type to save their life. It was fun while it lasted, though.

Have any of you played the Final Fantasy series? It's excellent.

i have not, i do like runescape at the moment though. i tend not to interact with those people though. ill look into that, does it cost money ?

Final Fantasy is a basic video game series (mostly outdated too, though, the good games in the series are usually on the Super Nintendo system), but it's fun. It's not MMO like Runescape, though. It does cost money.

Or just give them the illusion that they can beat you in the duel arena, and revel in your success as they fail to beat you over and over and ragequit.
