PC Permanently Over-Encumbered?! HELP!

Hey there guys. I bought (and yes, actually BOUGHT) this game for PC two days ago and just started playing it yesterday. While wandering around, i ran into a bunch of thalmor with a prisoner.. I let the prisoner go, thinking i could take on all 3 thalmor. I was level 3. I was getting smoked, so i used my oh so handy voice of the emporer skill and got the hell outta there! Anyway, getting to the point.. After that, i found a cave and decided to loot it. I picked up maybe 5-6 things, and i am moving as if i am over-encumbered. My carrying weight is 184/300, so i do not understand what is going on.. How can i fix this? Help would be appreciated ASAP!

One thing I would try is go in and out of sneak sometimes it gets stuck in sneak mode.

It's not in sneak mode. I am moving as if i'm overencumbered, when im actually not. my thinking on this is that the 3 thalmor i was fighting casted some sort of spell on me that made me this way. would that be possible?

YES! YES I DID! Thanks for the help man i hit caps lock again after that and it was fixed. Your a life saver! Now i can go steal a horse without taking 2 hours to get there!

had something simular happen to me on xbox after i had a save modded, for some reason my character was perminately overcumbered, even though carry weight was maxed out at over a thousand and i dropped every freakin item i had..
