A Frostbite Spider. Not necessarily the big ones you encounter at Riften and in caves, but a smaller one. A bit like the Frostbite Spiders you encounter in Northern Skyrim, the smaller white ones. Maybe the follower versions should be a bit bigger.

Spiders are very annoying when you have to kill them or when they randomly appear, but a spider that follows you around and, if possible, could inflict poison damage on the enemy, I wouldn't mind having one next to me.

Some sort of a bird that you can call up on to attack your enemy. It won't follow you around on ground though, but it would fly around in the air wherever you go. The only problem I see with that is how it would work indoors.
