Skyrimize my game

I'm hoping that some of you could name the best mods to improve graphics, character models and combat for Oblivion. I want it to be as close to current gen quality as possible. Complete noob with modding and the P.C, so sorry if some things can go over my head.

For Oblivion. I just really miss their magic system, and was wondering what mods could get it as close to Skyrim graphics and character models as possible.

I'm waiting, with bated breath, for Skywind and Skyblivion to come out. They're both huge mod projects, which incorporate Morrowind and Oblivion, respectively, into the Skyrim engine. They're said to be nothing less than epic, and I can't wait.

And from what I hear, it'll still be smaller than Arena. Everything's smaller than arena.
