Ive Been Told That Outside Solitude There Is A Secret Chest That Apparently Belongs To A Khajiit Caravan Or Something But I Cant Find It Help?

Ive read all their current patch notes and specifics. It seems like all three of these chests are safe thru 1.4.
Could be wrong though. Ive heard that the only glitches and bugs they are fixing are ones that are harmful to gameplay (quest/combat glitches and bugs) Exploits seem to have been ignored with this patch, including the Oghma Infinium glitch.
We'll just have to wait and see though. Cant wait for the update regardless.

Just found the one in Solitude. It's exactly where the guy says it is in the video.
