If you have dawnguard they wont attack you at stage 4 and no a dragon priest mask wont disquise you unless you have mods to make it so

However, Skeevers will still attack you on sight, so beware.

Dawnguard makes being a vampire much more plausible. However, I noticed the chance of your sweetroll being taken dramatically shoot up, so beware!
