Elenwen has told me many stories of her days with Ulfric. One time she told me about using her strap-on on him. According to Elenwen "he took it with great pleasure"

With the matter at hand, funds would be Thalmor provided- but both excavations and education would likely be a joint effort with the Empire, as to secure funding and good relations. Not to mention the hundreds of men we would need to go to the Falmer. The first excavations will undoubtedly be the most dangerous. And about the calming, we are currently producing vast quantities of Harmony scrolls for the project

I see where you come from with your protest against the Thalmor leading this. The Falmer are the original inhabitants of Skyrim, and they deserve to dwell there in peace, without Nordic Persecution. If we succeed in educating them, and somehow fix their genetic blindness (Our best mages are conducting research on the process now), They should be able to emerge as their own society, and prosper. One of the main problems is the Nords. Their reaction to the Falmer's return to the the surface would not be positive. For this reason, I believe that the Dominion should establish protected areas within Skyrim for the Falmer to live and thrive in peace, until the Nordic problems are solved at least. I understand your suspicion of the Thalmor leading this, but to me this cause is very near to my heart. I personally wish to see the Falmer thrive again. A reemergence would result in a strong alliance and possible union of the Dominion and the Falmer. Perhaps even aiding in an annexation of Skyrim by the Dominion. Although these possibilities are very wonderful, My heart is with the Falmer. I only hope for their future prosperity and return to the magnificent race they once were, I cannot say if that is the same goal of my fellow Thalmor agents, but I will make sure this mission is not corrupted. There are many Thalmor like me, and if this is successful it would give us Thalmor the much more respect and trust that we deserve

Thalmor hate other elves. They conduct great purges within Valenwood slaughtering their Bosmer allies, they also kill other Altmer to maintain ethnic cleansing and pure bloodlines. The Snow elves would be a even worse insult to them than the Orcs. The Falmer once rivaled the Altmer in terms of culture and society, the fact they're how they are now, twisted and deformed would be an insult to them. They seek elven superiority over man and the Falmer represent man superiority over mer.

I doubt anyone in the Thalmor would even try something like this in case it failed, the Thalmor themselves even fear other members, they snitch on each other. You make a mistake or say the wrong thing within the ranks of the Thalmor you get badly punished. There is a mention to Elenwen's predecessor who was sent back to Alinor for punishment and 'reeducation'.

I disagree I think they will hate elves more, wasn't the Dwemer elves they are the ones that made them pretty much extinct, and off course since the Thalmor are so honest u will tell them there whole history and if u do I think they will want forgivness from the Nords/humans the old Nords wanted peace with the snow elves but were betrayed, yes the Nords are the real betrayed, betrayed by those damn snow elves, if u educate them with a clear heart they will feel ashamed of what they done to the Nords and would understand why the Nords came back and sent them running to the Dwemer.

Yea I forget there elves sometimes aswell lol, it would have been a great dlc for sure hey u seem a smart guy why are u a lower rank than Aeriner ure pretty much a foot soldier and he is a general, why dont u overthrow him and lead the Thalmor I think with ure ways Tamriel would warm to the Thalmor.

The Snow Elves didn't attack the Nords over fears of overpopulation. They attacked the Nords because they [the Snow Elves] were there first. What you had was a clash of cultures with a migrant group settling on an established group's turf, and the established group didn't take kindly to it. Real world history is chock full of all kinds of parallels to this sort of thing.

But I can assure you they are only so bitter right now because of all the trouble going on around Tamriel. It's a very stressful time, and I highly respect my superiors for this. No Im not starting a rebellion, but one day if I have enough power I will definitely take into consideration friendlier diplomatic relations with the lesser Elven folk, perhaps even humans

I'm afraid it'll be the Dragonborn . There is a new DLC coming and in it , we'll be able to choose a new High King/Queen and finish the Thalmor once and for all.

New DLC? Not likely. Bethesda announced that their would be no more DLCs coming from Skyrim. Skyrim is finished.
