PC Where do I sell all the Armour/Weapons?

Hey everyone! I have been playing Skyrim for about a week now. (Got the game for Christmas just haven't had time to play) I have searched every where and I can't seem to find any body who wants to buy my gear. I can sell food and some other miscellaneous stuff to certain vendors but that is about it. I have only just killed the first dragon and then met with the elders for my second shout skill. So I would like some place close by to sell my stuff. Thanks in advance.

in Whiterun you can go to the smith near the entrance and sell you armor and weapons and everything else you can sell at belethor's general goods further in the city

Next to Belethor's is Arcadia's potions. Since belethor and her both buy potions/food/ingrediants I try to sell what I can to her first, then the rest of the extra potions / misc. category stuff to Belethor.

Along with the three smith vendors (the 2 right next to breezehome: wife and husband, and the guy at the Companions forge, Eolund (sp?)) this works for awhile until you start coming back with so much loot they can't afford it all... At that point I just start hoarding till I visit more holds and access more vendors :/

Main thing, Look for a Blacksmith forge in any city, If someone is working their he is a blacksmith and you can most likely buy or sell to him/her

Armor and weapons can be sold first to 2 differents kind of merchants: Blacksmith and General Goods.

You will be able to sell to every merchant if you get the perk "merchant" in the speech skills.

Stolen item can only be sold to Fence.
