WORST save system I've ever seen!

Wow. Didn't know we were in 4chan. I just came in here to agree that it is suboptimal. Because it is. Don't get your panties in a bunch, fanboy.

What the hell is 4chan? How am I a fanboy? I lack male plumbing. Clearly you can't take someone disagreeing with you.

It's so much easier to blame the developer for something, then admitting you did something stupid isn't it? Rather then admit that it's your fault for saving over that file, you are going to blame Bethesda instead, right? Cause clearly they are the ones with the keyboard/controller in their hands.

When I accidently saved over my main RDR file, did I huff and puff at Rockstar? No, I blamed myself, continued with the game and got over it.

For some reason, I can't quick save even if I press F5. So I got used to manual saving.

Could the save system be better? Sure it could. However, It's not even close to bad quick save and quick load is used for you current game IE CONTINUE OPTION. If you're going to switch to a new character create a save file for the old one. it's that simple. Losing data due to quick save is just a mistake and laziness on the users part. This system is by no means difficult to navigate or use.
Stop being lazy and thinking quick save is meant to be the main save format of the game...its not

The autosaving feature is pretty amazing. I'm with Jester though. This game is so amazing that you have to complain about the saving system to have any quips about it. I'm content.
