You know you're addicted when...

When you're really tired and ready for bed, so you turn off your computer and settle in, only to come up with an idea for a Skyrim fanfic story and you get out of bed, turn the computer back on and start typing up the story so you don't forget it.

I believe that my realization of problematic Skyrim playing came after I spent X amt of hours figuring how to use that Fortify Restoration loop for just the right set(s) of Alchemy Gear and Fortify Enchanting potions that would give me armor with precisely 100% Fortify [insert magic school], and Boots/Gauntlets with Fortify Carry Weight with 50, then 80, then 150 points...(with my vampire character, I had an absurd potion that made everything like that...)

You know, now that I think about it, getting the 100% Fortify Magic school potion only took me about 45 minutes. Now, figuring out how to make a 35% Fortify Archery deal, so that my helmet would be just like the Ancient Shrouded helmet (ANSWER: 54% F. Enchanting and a Greater soul gem!)? THAT, my friends, was an epic in the ass...

How's this one for you ?

When the best part of your day is getting any skill to 100.
Just made my first set of Dragonsplate Armor and I already know my day wont get any better.

You wake up with the music from Skyrim in your head, have to go to work with it still going around in your head and when you get home you spend 4 hours playing it before you even think to take your coat off. >_>

You know you're addicted when... Your mom says she is too tired to cook for you and you FUS RO DA her back to the kitchen

When you say "Quicksave" before doing something stupid
Oh dear...The other day I almost did some seriously stupid maneuvers while driving (it's been snowing here for a while so there's plenty of opportunities for some..testing the tires type of driving if I put it that way) and I thought to myself "Well if something happens I'll just revert back to a previous sa......oh right, real life doesn't work like that"

I also have a friend who plays skyrim and he says that sometimes when he's outdoors, all he sees are ingredients and iron ore veins everywhere :D Good thing I have a full time job that keeps me busy during the week and of course the mandatory after work on fridays, who knows if I'd ever leave the house otherwise, damn you skyrim for being to awsome!
